Starting a couple days ago my driver's seat belt doesn't want to unlock and free spool very easily. It releases an inch or so then locks again. I'll gently let it wind up and pull and after a few minutes it will let out about12" of belt. After another minute or so of messing with it, it will finally let out enough of the belt to allow me to get it buckled. I've tried it with and without the brakes on and in different gears but it doesn't make any difference. Any ideas what can be done short of getting it replaced??? TIA.
