D2 Front T-case Flange

Hi all,
Just bought a rebuilt D2 front drive shaft, and now need the front output flange from the T-case to match.

Any and all bits required to do the change - if there are spacers/seals etc.

I am currently driving the D1 with the CDL locked, and the tires don't like the Detroit, so want to get this done ASAP.
