The HVAC panel, door mirrors, and cruise control are intermittently working.

Everything else works, and there are no other issues.

I've replaced both fuse boxes, HVAC panel, & put a good battery in.

This started after I replaced the ignition switch.

Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Any ideas on where I should look next?

Thanks

Seems pretty straightforward. If it started when you replaced the ignition switch, that's where I'd look.

Try swapping the old one back in? Retrace your steps and make sure you didn't mess something up?
Beyond that, look at the RAVE wiring diagram and find the common thread among these components. That will point you to either a ground point or a power supply point. What led you to suspect the fuse boxes?

A header is a type of connector used to split one power wire into a bunch of circuits. If you look under the dash on the passenger side floor there is a big fat harness that has three or four of those headers that tend to get corroded.

I've seen the fuse in the underhood fuse box loose contact with the female terminal in the box itself. The connector gets spread or fagged out if you will.
