D2 lift stuff etc

Looking to lift a bone stock 04 DII, and plan on 33's or 35's. All my other wheeling rigs had 37's, so 33's would be the least I could go and still wheel nearly as I did before.
So looking for 1" body lift, 3 or 4" suspension lift, cutout flares, 16" wheels with preferable less backspacing, upgraded axles, and so on.
Dont need bumpers etc, building my own.

I have some RTE springs that would probably give you a 3" lift. you would need to source some DI spring perches for the rear though. Not sure where you are but shipping probably won't be cheap.

No idea on the age, they are off of two different trucks and were on the trucks when I bought them. Neither showed any sign of settling. Not that I've ever seen RTE springs settle. I have a set on my truck right now that I bought used in 2007 and they are still as solid as ever.
