I Just ordered D90 vented rotors from NAPA. Very cheap. Where can I get D90 calipers for a good price? Is there any other hardware I need before I dive into this project?

Use caliper spacers from GBR to fit your existing or new calipers; the come with new o-ring seals.
I attemped to use new D-90 calipers, but they have different brake line location.

Caliper spacers do nothing to improve braking performance with the exception of using a vented rotor. D90 calipers have a larger pad, larger pistons, and more swept area. Will Tillery hooked someone up with calipers, brand new. Relocating the brake pipe is a very minor job. There is also some very minor trimming required to the backing plate.
