Why the fuck would anyone consent to a search of their home? People are so frightened of the police that they will hand over their rights so that the police can acquire evidence to be used against them.

He was convicted of assault and attempted burglary. That'd likely prevent him from legally owning a firearm here in the states too. ...and of course children should not have access to guns.

But yeah, pretty insane shit otherwise.

Insanity. I drew pictures of guns all the time when I was a kid. Does that mean I saw a gun in my house? Absolutely not.

When I was in high school, we used to go bird hunting after classes. I didn't want to leave my shotgun in my topless jeep so I'd store it in my school locker alongside my ammo. No big deal.

Amazing how things change.
