Just talked to Josh from TW and he says that they should hace a zert to grease them ?
I know you can put a needle to it and sqeeze some grease to it, But theres no zert that i have seen ? Its the second one that i have problems with ? They told me to send it to them and he will check it for me. Shouldnt they send me one so i can drive the truck under warranty or they have to see it first ?

they have needle zerks for the centering bearing and they can be hard to see without dropping the shaft at the TC because of the angle on the shaft closes the joint from below.

Tom Woods is the best company I have ever seen for warranty, but for you to expect them to send you a replacement shaft because you cant grease yours is more then I would expect any company to do.

yes...almost impossible to grease from below...rotate the shaft and in the 'open' side of the joint you should be able to feel the zerk for the center bearing....you'll need a flexible grease gun extension

I suspect TW would anyway thats the kind of company he runs. BUT should he? Come on!

x2 send him some pics and ask them to circle the grease fittings in the pictures and send them back to you

Well if theres a grease fitting tomorrow i will find it. I'M not saying they are not a great compagny never said that and never will. I just asumed they had no zert on the centre ball my mistake. I should of posted before :banghead: i sure f-------up on that one !

well you learn every day !:banghead: well i do anyways:D there is a zert but i just assumed that since the original one does not have one that the TW did not have one eitheir.:banghead: I wonder if i can get it rebuilt locally. Just in shipping to tw from canada will cost me that much ! Anybody have theirs rebuilt yet.
