My '03 has a vibration from the engine they cannot fix: Oil pump, Flywheel, Trans, Timing... all have been swapped. According to NY state law, after 4 attempts at the same prob, she's a lemon. Dealer has offered to give me an '04, no questions. Should I take the truck or go to court for cash? They're giving these trucks away now, so he's really not doing me a huge favor... Does anyone have any experience w/lemon law hearings? What's involved, what's the usual outcome?
Thanks!

I agree take the '04. Why incurr court fees and costs with the probability of not recieving anything. I think you have crossed a milestone that few have with LRNA if they offered you an 04. IMOH take it and RUN FORREST RUN............... :p

TAKE THE 04!!! I had a Mercedes ML430 what qualified for the lemon law here in MA multiple times over. They had the car more than I did. But because there were a lot of lemons with that car, they refused to honor the lemon law. It would have then been me vs. MB which doesn't bode well.

Take the offer and the CDL.
