the steering damper is a OME and is fairly new, so i dont think its that. the radius arm bushing are good and the steering linkage seemed okay. however i am no expert when it comes to that. also, i dont think it could be a tire, they are new and balanced.
i dont know what the swivel preload is. thus, i dont know what to check. is this the swivel ball at each ends of the axle?
