No I don't mean Ferrari or Ducati :D ..... Anyone got a good recommendation on a pasta machine to get the other half? I have been looking at Imperia - but is there anything better ?

Thanks

i'm sure that there is something *better* but we have a imperia and we love it. the nice thing is that parts are readily available for different pastas; no need to track down a nice cooking supply store or anything. just my $.02

I've got an Atlas, but it looks pretty similar to the Imperia. I'm sure most pasta makers are pretty similar; it's the person turning the crank who makes the difference. :)

Just make sure to let your dough rest for half an hour. The dough will become much more workable.
