I checked with RN and the 4 piece headliner is $1,300+. Anyone else have a source for these? New, used.......doesn't matter.

I am picking up a used 110 roof, having it painted and would like the thick style headliner installed.

I was considering taking the roof to a local upholstery shop and having them make one. You'd think that would be a far cheaper solution, while still maintaining a quality headliner.

Lastly does anyone have any good pics I could take with me to the upholstery shop?

Thanks in advance.

I have a friend who glued in a layer of foam and then covered it in a layer of felt. Came out looking terrific and insulated and noise reduced the roof panel.

It'd be going to CT, so ME would work for me. Not like I need an excuse to visit. I think that's around Rockport, etc. Not 100% sure.

Yeh the foam/insulation is a must in a truck like that. Otherwise it sounds like a cave on wheels.

That's why I'm checking,... not sure there are any "good" used ones. There was a customer from Boston who had his headliner redone with cordura, but a lightweight version, anyway, it looked okay, but was tough as nails.... so when loading whatever, he didn't need to worry about damage, etc... sorry, we didn't take any pics.

We will have a good used H.L. very soon. Might need a little super clean, but should be decent. I'll be setting it aside for you. I'll P.M. you my contact info.
