If someone is looking for a primarily off road vehicle I can get some ex Ministry of Defense trucks. Most have the naturally aspirated diesel which is not great for highway speeds but they are built on stronger chassis and are well maintained and lower mileage. They also have no electrical engine controls and have very simple and robust systems.

RHD/LHD. LHD preferred, would bay slight premium for the convenience. Paint condition - dont care. Body panels all there and relatively straight. Electrics working properly
I suspect if they had passed MOT then they would meet all these requirements.
