Put a lot of trust in that "analysis". No mention of the increase in certain demographics in VA. Age 18-29 voters has increased and so have non-white voters. None of this is a surprise but leaving out the demographic changes of the state in the analysis is pretty lacking.
Everybody loves saying "college educated whites". As if a college education is automatic proof that you're smart or voting correctly.
Putting qoutes around it doesn't make it not analysis.
But to your point, so what? Is your point there the state turned blue because the GOP had no reach with the 18-29 segment, or non-white voters? I wonder why that is.
The college educated thing is also amusing to watch, some on the left use it as a bludgeon to intimate that the core GOP voting block is uninformed (an ironic use of the concerns of the founding fathers). What if it just is another demographic trend?
What it means is subject to interpretation.
I'll ask again; anyone have any substantive conservative leaning analysis or is it just MSM (which means left, to the folks who say they are centrist but are actually on the right)?
