Looks like something missing there? I don't see #24 and #25 in the below diagram. Do you have those still on the truck? If you have those pieces to finish the job I am interested.

If you're converting your 2000 you'll also need the base that bolts to the transfercase and the shift link to engage/disengage HI-LO. Pics of what's needed are: http://www.discoweb.org/forums/showthread.php?t=21442&highlight=cdl

What Danny said. Yes, you'll need a few odds and ends. No, I do not have the odds and ends you'll need but they are available elsewhere, some even at Home Depot.

Check out Danny's write-up for more info. Nice write-up Danny!

Well kids I paid $185 shipped for what I thought was a complete linkage from Tidewater Rovers. E-mailed John direct about missing parts with no response. I'm starting to get peoples beefs with him. Anyway I've bought and installed the '04 linkage so I have no use for this. I'm not going to give this away but I will take offers.
Thanks!

Odds & ends?... You consider the base that bolts to the transfercase and the shift linkage to engage/disengage HI-LO are "odds & ends"?

HA!

Like slcroverguy said, "It's not complete. $85 shipped".

If you paid $185 shipped for what YOU thought was a complete linkage from Tidewater Rovers, I would think YOU would solve this issue with them before trying pass YOUR issue onto another Dwebber to deal with later.

I'm not trying to bust your balls here, just yet; just get your shit straight before posting, and don't try pawning off your shit as complete unit with a few odds & ends that are needed at Home Depot. That's just wrong...

If you reread my post I said some, SOME parts could be found at Home Depot. When I first posted I was unaware that it was missing parts as I have a DII and am not real familiar with the DI linkage and was told by John at Tidewater that it was complete - had everything needed. That is part of the reason I posted several pics so people could see what they were getting. Then it was pointed out to me that it wasn't complete and so I said I'll take offers. I apoligize for not "getting my shit straight". I think we're all guilty of this once in a while. Let me assure you I'm not one to "pawn my shit off" on anyone. If I had sold this to someone who thought it was complete and then wasn't I would have offered their money back. Even incomplete this still has value. Maybe $10, maybe $85 I don't know. I let D-webbers decide that. It will sell to the highest bidder. Thanks.

Ray I had the same problem with a CDL and when I wanted to send it back he basically said it wasnt his problem but did give me credit for the 185 I spent.

Sorry, your going to have a hard time getting rid of this though. Most people won't spend the time to figure out what parts are missing and are much more willing to pay more for something complete that they can just drop in.

Finding parts is a pain in the ass especially when you don't know exactly what parts you need until you dig in.

Not trying to be "cute" just being serious.

Most parts yards sell these complete for anywhere from $50 - $100. Sorry you got burned on this one, but it looks like its gonna be your cross to bear. I would call Tidewater and work it out with them or have a chargeback done on your CC. This linkage is of little to no value in its current state.

Wrong!!! I've tried calling and e-mailing you and you never got back to me. You must have me confused with someone else!!! I'll send it back today but would prefer to be credited for $185 as I have no use for this now.
