The drivers seat of my 94 DI is beat and I just found out the cloth seats from an XD that came with it will not fit so I need at least a nicer drivers seat. I currently have tan leather manual seats.

If having it reupholstered is a better/less expensive option let me know.

Did the Corbeau mount up well or did you have to make some mods?

For the manual seats it's a simple bolt-on adapter plate. It took me maybe 30min. tops including uninstalling my driver seat. I was surprised.

Some quick questions! With the Corbeau seats, how different was your seat height? (closer to floor, etc) Could you see traffic lights better at the top of the windshield? Also, did the seats have the option of tilting forward like in a two door car? Thanks!

Well, the old seats had faded cushions, torn leather so I'm sure the height is where it should be now :D To be honest I didn't take measurments. There are tons of options for seat replacement from Corbeau, Recaro, fixed seat, adjustable, etc. I chose an adjustable back seat called the LG1. It slides on the factory slider, front to back and the seat back itself is adjustable. My back thanks me.

The ExmoorTrim for the rear seats is intriguing though. I'll probably check prices but wonder what the difference is between just having it reupholstered.

Thanks for the information. I looked at the LG1 too. I like the options and side bolsters. Do the bolsters make it more difficult to get in and out? Could you post or send me pics of the install? I have a '95 with the beige interior and I would like to see how the black looks. Thanks!

The bolsters don't really affect the ability to get in and out as the seat still has sliding capability. It doesn't affect me anyways. I have the same beige interior. I'll have to take pics in the next day or so and will post up here.
