DI Rear End Slightly Binding?

So I think something in the rear is slightly binding. There isn't any noise but more of a feeling while driving. It's almost like rolling over a slightly washboard road. It feels like it's coming from the rear. Nothing crazy and probably only something a long time owner would notice with their truck.

I recently did the rear diff oil with 85W/140. No chunks or anything in oil. Also did the driver side wheel bearing. Old bearing looked great and haven't had time to do passenger side yet.
This was approximately 1500 miles ago.

The feeling started about a week ago. Checked rear oil and it still looks fresh and hasn't run low. Gping to check the bearing tomorrow night and probably do passenger side bearing too.

Any other ideas?

mine feels like it is a hopping up and down vibration when the brakes are dragging. Wire brushing the pads and where they slide on the caliper makes it go away.

Interesting and easy fix hopefully, which I like. Will try that tonight and will check the shock bushings.

Thanks pm. I'll try removing the driveshaft and see if the vibration is gone.

Could the rear radius bushing to chassis cause this? My driver side bushing is pretty loose

When my trailing arm to chassis bushings were shot the ass end of the truck would walk to the right everytime I gave it gas. If I watched my hood in relation to the road the front end would move left (as a result of the rear moving right) every time the gas was applied.

Mine does this too when the frame side bushings are loose. Changes directions significantly.
