Does anyone know the part number for the diff lock decal that goes on the center console ahead of the shifter on a 2004 DII? I installed a new CDL lever on my 2000 DII and I want to get the correct decal.

you can't get the exact replacement I thought. However I think someone around here got one, maybe ihateponies, and maybe he got it from lucky8?

The D1 decals are very hard to remove without ripping them. They also come in 2 color schemes a grey (I think) and gold. I had someone cut off that section of the center console so I could remove the decal and failed horribly. The decal you see in the '04s isn't available on its own. I did find a part number after searching here but it's not the same as the '04 version. Justin does sell just the placard from the Ashcroft CDL kit, but I'm thinking about just replacing my c/c from an '04 at some point.

You can get this one from the dealers, its very similar to the "original" non difflock sticker, but also shows the CDL on it to

the new one which DOES contain the difflock symbol and shows the hand / manual image so the user should refer to the manual for the CDL usage.

LOL, yes indeed I do now see the little difflock symbol in the lower corner and also the hand/manual symbols refering the lemming to the manual. But follow the flow chart from #1 through #5. Where is diff lock? The pictograms show high to low and back again.
who cares about the stupid decal. It was only put in the vehicles to keep the soccer moms from fucking with it. Its too confusing for anyone to follow anyway!
