dII - IAT sensor code

hello all. i've got an '01 disco with 86k. i got the SES with the gear ratio incorrect (bad MAF sensor) code. i replaced the MAF sensor and reset the code. the SES light was off. hooray for the home team. a day later, the SES comes on again. now, i'm getting the p0112 (IAT sensor) code.

what gives? any and all advice is appreciated... i checked around and it doesn't seem like folks are getting the p0112 code by itself...

I believe it is a part of the MAF. Pin 1 on the MAF is the IAT signal.

okay, i'll check to see if the connection is good sometime today.

okay, the connection was good and i still go t the ses light. i sent the maf back and got a new one (from ebay, not oem(bosch)). i installed that one and i STILL have the ses light.

i'm going to get a obdII reader to see if that clears the codes better than unplugging the negative lead. any further suggestions will help out greatly.
