That sucks. I bought a DII ladder off of him, that he posted about the same time as he did this. I didn't have any issues though. I recieved the ladder days later after payment.

My advice is to start going through paypal to get your money back. I've been burned a couple times through boards, so now I always use paypal, and for stuff like this, I always use my AMEX card for the funding source. That way, If you don't get anywhere with paypal, you can go to amex, and they will get your money back from paypal.
