DII pass side header cracked

Can anyone tell me if I can weld a bead to close this crack. or is the header cast iron and hard to weld? or just replace. the crack is all the way through. how much damage can i do if I drive it this way?

Is fumes coming out?
Heated gases can damage adjacent parts, fumes may make you sick, chuffing noise may annoy. Brazing 'may' work.

On my series 1 which crack exh a lot I fitted tubular headers.

ya, hot exhaust is coming out. not much but enough that I cannot hold my finger 1/2" from the crack for more then a second or two.
I think I found a replacement for ~$100.
