DII - Steel Wheels 15x8 or 15x10?

Am looking to purchase the 15" steel wheels from safari gard for my 99 DII. I have a 2" OME HD lift and am looking to get the 32x11.50R15 BFG Mud-Terrains. The spec's for the BFG's say 8"-10" rim width. Safari gard has 15x8's or 15x10's. Which size should I get? Pro's and con's for each?

tires can be up to 4.5 " wider then the rim. after that get wider wheels.

i didntknow 15" wheels fit a d2

you shoudl also take backspacing into account. the 10" rims may stick out too far

I would not put 15X10 under a disco II. to much wheel.

I'm def gonna go with the 15x8, thanks. Found some steel wheels from http://roverlandproducts.com/ . Anyone have have any suggestions on which steel wheel to get, either safari gard or the roverland products wheel? Anyone have either?

I'm really baffled as to why you are going with 15" wheels instead of the stock 16". I don't think I've ever heard of someone using 15" wheels on a DII. In fact I didn't know anyone made them!

with the smaller wheel (15") you can get more SQUISH out of the tire when aired down.

I would definetly get more "squish", but the main reason i'm going to get 15" wheels is I can't find 16" black steel wheels for DII anywhere. Atlantic British has them, but they only fit the stock tire size and I want bigger tires. I've only found 15".

You can fit larger tires on the AB steelies. Just not much wider. there are also 16" steel wheels from trek. i think you can get them in 16x10 if you want to go really wide 13"+
