Long Term DII Storage

Unfortunatly i will not be able to bring my 99 DII with me to school this year so i will have to store it in my garage for about a month at a time or until i come home again. Luckily i wont be that far so it should be for about a month. What should be done to store it properly, to make sure everything is working when i come back. Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks

Remove the gas or put something in the tank to keep water out. I have heard that STP makes a good one.

Also, disconnect the battery

If it is only for one month don't worry about it too much. The fuel tank is pressurized so no water can get in. Best to leave the tank full though. If you have SLS then disconnecting the battery may be a consideration. If not, I would not worry too much about that either. If you have family still in town, ask them to drive it a few miles every two weeks and you should be fine.
