posting this for a buddy...he has a 02 DII and its not starting....ran when parked and thats it...I had him check for shark and thats good...had him check for fuel to the rail and it pumps fuel when cranking but doesnt prime before starting.....also he says there is a "buzz" from some little cylinder the has a hose from the intake to the throttle body...all fuses are good....so whats up here?? any help? im not the greatest on the bosch motors
