Disco 1 power seats

Hi guys,
I tried searching but couldn't find my exact issue. My power seat seems to move forward but not backward? My much shorter girlfriend used the seat and now I can not comfortably sit in?

The tilting seams to work fine both ways.

Any advice or help would be great!

Nm was able to get it working by rebuilding the internal bearings

The super poor seat switch is probably busted. This happens to me with some regularity when my kids step on the switch climbing through the rover. That switch seems unbelievably fragile. Check the schematic and try cheating the switch to see if the motors work and its just the switch.
