Disco 2 AC fan motor

After a tough weekend at the cove with a bunch of defenders my disco decided I was being too pampered and decided my AC should no longer work. The air still comes out ice cold, but the fan no longer turns on. Since it initially stopped it has randomly kicked on several times.
I'm hoping it is just a relay and would appreciate some help figuring where to check for the relay.
Any other things I should look for?

Check the wiring at the plug to the blower motor itself

bet it is seized, try turning the blades with a long screwdriver.

So I tried both of those suggestions. The blades turn and I wiggled a bunch of connections with no luck. What is the next step, a new motor? Anyone have one of those to sell?

Check all of the fuses. Also check to make sure you have power at the motor connector with the fan hooked up.

Check for power at the motor and resistor, that will isolate power supply vs component problem

Yep, check 40 amp fuse in engine bay.
