Disco has gone haywire

So I replaced my plugs this morning, afterwards I was trying to track down some amp issues I've been having by checking the grounds under the passenger seat.

I tried to turn her over but the car wouldn't start and the hazards came on and won't shut off. I'm assuming I have pissed off the alarm system but how do I rectify this?

Disregard, fuel pump shutoff had been activated. I need to remember to try the easiest things first.
