How tall are the spring spacers?

The brake lines are actually brand new, never used. The front bumper is in great condition, no dents or large scratches, little dirty, some surface rust on the license plate holder, never had a winch mounted. Also, the spring spacers are 1".

As stated, prices are negotiable... make me an offer.
