It is designed to hang where the interior front light is. It consists of several brackets as well as mounting instructions. I will take a pic of the instructions and post them tomorrow.

Those are made by Chris DeJesus.
You can buy them directly from him. Avail for DI and DII. I have 2 sets and they are awesome...powdercoated, etc.
