Disco II Extended Bump Stops

I need to get some longer bump stops for the back of my '04. Lots of searching - this is what I came up with. I wanted to see if there are any stateside options, or any other easy solutions. Anybody welded a shim/spacer to the axle side and left the stock bumps?

why? I stuff my 35"s with minor fender trimming... WITH bilstien SB 12" shocks...

I would make a stop using some of the better daystar bumps, those linked ones look super harsh.

I just installed 10" Bilstein 7100's - so same length as what you have - but when the axle is flexed, the shock will bottom out before the axle hits the bumpstop.
