I'm going to take a stab in the dark here and say his decal is peeling off, damaged, or flaking and he'd like to keep the inside of his truck looking good.

Good guess!! Yeah I do a lot of wheelin but try to keep the truck nice. Things like that bother me when they come off... Guess I'm a bit OCD lol.
