These are finally ready.

Plug in aux adapter that replaces the CD changer on a D1 or 94/95 RRC

3.5mm jack, accessed through the head unit by changing bands just as you would when going from AM to FM to CD changer.

discount code for the $100 is "discoweb"

I dont know. my 93 rrc head unit needs the code, and much like the defender vin seriall# rollover fiasco, when I call LRNA with the vin they give me a much newer vehicle code

yours has a round 13 pin cd changer plug in the rear passenger area, right? I can throw one together if you want to be a test subject

Would it be possible to add a usb port for aux power. It would be nice to plug in a 3.5 bluetooth adapter and be able to leave it so you wouldn't have to worry about plugging anything in to the phone. However you would need to keep it charged and a usd port could let you do that. Total hands free. Don't know if the power going to the changer would be enough?

it would be possible, but the device goes under the seat or in the trunk depending on the vehicle so I dont see it being very practical since the cord is getting routed some distance anyway

I do want to put a bracket together for inside the console to hold the jack and a usb plug and cig lightet like any post 2008 car has already, but thats for my own vehicles

It would be extremely practical. You plug a 3.5mm bluetooth adapter into the device under the seat and use the usb from the device to power it and keep it charged. All of the wiring stays with the device. You just get in the truck and the bluetooth adapter connects to your phone once in range. Just hit the button on the head unit and start playing music. I have this set up in another vehicle and it is seamless. It would be great in the rover as you can hide everything under the seat or in the back.
