Just wanted to thank everyone that contributes info on this board. Recently I have not spent as much time on here, but you guys never fail me.
This week my D2 started giving me problems. It would randomly not want to start, it would turn over just fine, but no start. Then after a small wait it would start just fine.
My first thiought was fuel pump (cause i knew the ignition system was good). But just like always, before I spend money I search D-web for experience from others.
Well, I'm glad I looked on here. As I read more I noticed the reoccuring theme of CKP or Crank Position Sensor. So after reading many post, and proccess of elimination, I determined that was more than likely the issue.
So instead of wasting money on a $400 fuel pump, it was a quick call to Rover North (which also rocks) and the $67 part was on the way. ($96 at dealer and not in stock)
30 minutes under the truck and it was fixed.....Because of you guys I was able to save big money and lots of time ..
THANKS AGAIN..D-WEB ROCKS
