In all the people I have talked to about our upcoming elections, I can't remember a single one who supports Hillary.

I fully realize it may just be down to where I live and the people I associate with, but if I don't like her, and no one else I have talked to likes her, then...

How in THE FUCK is she so popular?!!!!

And so...the question I have for all my D-Web brethren is:

Do you support Hillary?

Please...this is NOT meant to flame or embarrass anyone. I am truly interested in getting an idea (from a much more broad cross section), as to who likes her.

You don't even have to say why you do or don't. Just a yes or no will work.

I just asked my father-in-law the same question last night. I too have not met a single person who thinks she is qualified to lead the free world, let alone the white house.

My personal favorite is Huckabee. Anyone who calls themself a conservative christian, or values voter, has to see him as the best choice. He was funny last night during the debate when he kept saying "may we have a chance to answer some questions at this end"

Ron Paul, I think has some good ideas, but he is just a little off overall, and a little goofy and jumpy.

The media is beating people to death with her and Obama, the media would like you to believe they are the only two running.

She was poor student in college, a failed attorney, and actually the only thing she has really done well is stand by her man. She stood by while he used Monica as his own personal humidor.

Her and Obama Bin Laden will slaughter each other and the Dumbs will once again snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. The two of them are so polarizing even inside their own party they have become bitter rival factions that probably won't vote for the opposition.

I'm a registered as a Demo, but not in Hillary's camp. Realistically I'm a liberal Libertarian, but until we revise the one party system, there's not much hope of getting an alternative candidate any where near the white house. I like much of what Ron Paul represents from an economic and constitutional standpoint, but he's a little to conservative for my taste.

I certainly don't support Hillary. I'm somwhere between a fairly socially liberal and fiscal conservative. Does that make any sense? I can't seem to find anyone who I would vote for. If I ran my business like the feds, I'd be thrown in jail.

Hillary was not my first choice, but if she is the nominee, I'll support her. I don't like her much personally from what I have seen, but that is not what will affect my decision. If people would put all the personal shit aside and look at her platform, they would see she is a pretty decent choice as a president.

So yeah, I support Hillary.

Although the personal stuff is hard to put aside, I don't agree with much of her policy either.

That aside, the real reason for this poll is just to get a rough idea of the percentage of people who support her (for the reasons mentioned in my initial post).

I realize it is very unscientific, but will serve my purpose.

Peace

How about a poll that lists all the remaining presidential candidates plus a 'none of the above' choice? Perhaps a poll that doesn't disclose the user name of the voter will result in a more reliable poll.

Okay, so, I've looked at her "platform" and the majority of what I see is a "model" to get more and more people dependent on the gov't. Am I mis-interpreting?

How does this make her a decent choice as president?

I think you are misinterpreting, but these are political views that would separate us. No doubt she'd be competent. I think we need that now more than anything.

And those would be? He seemed popular in IL when I was up there, granted only for a long weekend.

All of central and southern IL. However the population is not enough to offset the crookedness of Chicago.

If you lived in Illinois, you would be able to see the fine affects of the jr. Senator's work.

But, uhh, you don't.

And if you lived in NY, you would never compare the jr Senator to the worst mass murderer in modern times?

Were you in lower Manhattan at 8:42 on Tuesday Sept 11 2001? Did you smell the air that day? did you walk home with tears stuck t your face through the soot? Did you have to worry if your co-workers, wife, parents were alive? NOOOOOOOOOO, then dont joke to a New Yorker about the name Osama!!!!!!!!!!!

Hillary is a corrupt Eurosocialist. She believes government is the solution to all problems, that she knows better.

Given the pending unfunded entitlement debt . . . you can't afford her. You think the dollar is worthless now? Bernanke can't print enough money to pay for Hillary and her like.

Also, how can someone criticize Bush and vote for Hillary? She is a neo-conservative . . .
