Dogs Day In Court

Hi Everyone,
Just got back to the shop from court. Here is what happened to the pepper spraying OLD FARTS. $750.00 Fine and they both have to do 40 hrs community service at the Humane Society. Maybe this will teach them respect for animals. Heck I think they should have to pick up the crap in my back yard for a year....... :D

So what did the old farts say on their behalf? Did you have to prove they used pepper spray or did they admit to it? So were they shocked with the outcome?

Well glad to hear justice for the dogs, the bad thing is the system made $750, while you and your dogs spent time with the matter, Not to mention pain and suffering for the dogs. Take them to civil court, sue them for 10k pain and suffering, hell if you can get millions for spilling coffee on yourself. I am sure Ron or the other legal beagles would represent you.

They Cried Like Babies

I didnt have to prove a thing....they had admitted it to the HS :D The HS did it all for me since it was there summons that brought them to court. Didnt cost me a dime. I would give my Boys steak tonite...But if you know BOXERS they have a GAS issue with people food....Trust me it is not good. The Judge told them they do not own the nieghborhood and maybe they should think of a retierment community, Also there was NO baseias for there complaints about my dogs barking since no other person had complained and that while the HS was on my property several times they could not get the dogs to react. Even when they brought another dog with them....not a peep.

and pick up crap is exactly what they will be doing... I had a neighbor who had to do hours at the humane society, and they had him picking up poop and cleaning out kennels.

Glad to see they got what was deserved. I hope they've learned a lesson from this!

WOW Mike, glad to hear it all worked out in yours and the boys favor. I bet you're glad it's finally over and justice is served.

They apparently don't care too much for animals, it's going to be pretty funny for them to have to serve community service time at the H.S

You never know the old farts might end up bringing home a nice little kitty or pup.

Awesome Mike, glad to hear good news for you and the pups. Maybe they'll think twice before hurting a helpless critter. Try a little Beano in the steak, your dogs will love you for the steak, and you'll love them for not gassing you. :)
