Doors will not unlock or lock

2003 Disco 2 SE

Keyfob and dash button will not unlock or lock any door other than the rear door(10 percent of the time the driver's door will unlock/lock).

The key will manually unlock the driver's door fine. I hear what appears to sound like the actuators working on all the doors, yet nothing happens. I have to manually open the doors from inside.

Any tips?

Seems odd that none will work but with a Rover I'm not surprised.
I'd buy a new actuator and unplug the old one and plug in your new one and see if it works.
I've replaced both fronts and the rear door on mine. They do wear out.

Maybe try a shot of WD40 on one of the actuators.

I have replaced three of mine. Ow, no way around it. Check with the usual suspects here for good swaps.
