movies=torrentz. you need a bit torrent program. utorrent is nice.
music=soulseek. its a program you install like napster.

utorrent (pronounced micro torrent) is good. It is lightweight just like they say.
Use it for movies and music. torrentz.com is a good search engine to find stuff. (if you want a bunch of music, search for the artist's discography (ex. AD/DC discography)

I use a program called Usenext. You pay like $12 a month, but get 25GB of download and most of it is virus free.
I liked torrents, but the amount of viruses I was getting and the wait time for torrents to complete if the package wasn't a popular one, was unbearable. Usenext's direct downloads is more convenient, just more costly.

google soulseek. use the 3rd link.someone i know (because i dont use itBallah06 said:
) had no problems with it and have used it to find some pretty obscure stuff. works much like utorrent. other than soaking up bandwith its fine. you can tune the settings to fix that.
