hello, my '96 disco, 70k miles, driverside front window has stuck at 1\2" from up position, it is stuck tries to move but can't. anyone have same problems?

Sounds like your regulator broke. Pull the screws that hold the armrest, latch cup, and pocket on, then carefully pull the door panel off. Lift the moisture barrier & see what's happening inside.
