I just noticed that my driver's side floor is soaking wet, down through the insolation. I checked the AC drain and it seems fine any other ideas what it could be?

I have this happen too...during a heavy rain traced it to water running down from above near the driver's side firewall area... could be clogged sunroof drains

It could be the sunroofs, but check the inside of the fender around where the pedals are. This is a common place for rust. If it gets bad enough, you will get a hole allowing water to splash into the cab.

It happened to me also, but I don't have sunroofs...

It was leaking from the top corner of the windshield and running down the pillar, behind the interior trim, down on the footwell side wall and onto the carpet. It took a while to get fixed because I had to take the carpet up and keep the top and bottom of the foam pad clean and dry for about 4 weeks before I could no longer feel any moisture.

Good luck, not complicated, just frustrating...

D1s don't typically have the windshield leak, unless it was replaced. D2s have a known problem with a body seam not being filled at the RH top of the w/s, and there's a TIB out describing it.

how's the weather stripping/seal around the door? hasn't leaked on my rover, but darn sure did on my trooper until I replaced the seal, which had been worn out prematurely by the roof rack.

umm, did YOU leak? :D
