Drivetrain flanges needed

I have a Multi-cardon front driveshaft from Tom woods and i need 2 flanges that will allow this to bolt up to the land rover diff and t-case flanges (LT230). I also need the rear pinion flange and spacer for the solid rear driveshaft conversion.

Adapter plates for the multicardon shaft up front for both diff and LT230, i think they are the same specs. and also the rear diff, flange and spacer for solid D-shaft conversion.
