Dumb OBD scanner question

So my check engine light came on the other day (04 DII), I plugged in the scanner and it was bad o2 sensors. I replaced all four and went to plug the scanner in to clear the codes and now the scanner will not connect. I checked the 15a diagnostic fuse to see if that was bad and that is not the case. Any ideas? I need to clear the codes so the light will shut off.

take a look at the connector on the scanner,,,,ive seen that some times one of the pics will get a little bent and wont plug in correctly and the scanner wont/cant connect...worth just looking at
