Well I gutted the stock system and put in an entire Alpine setup, the in dash is an alpine radio with the fold out screen (CVA-1004), then I put in the Alpine DVD player in the console, and the Alpine overhead monitor in the ceiling. I don't remember what model numbers they were. I also put in a Alpine 6-disc mp3 changer under the seat which matches the factory brackets perfectly, and have the Alpine NAV system which runs on the fold out screen. When I put together the system I originally wanted a navigation system but didn't want a seperate screen on the dash anywhere, and liked the fact that it can stay tucked away most of the time. I was also interested in being able to seperate the video, so that I could look at the NAV system up front, while the monitor in back could watch movies, or the TV. The overhead monitor came with a trim ring that I used, and painted with some automotive interior paint that I found at some auto parts store, it doesn't match exactly but it is close enough that no one notices, especially since it is never in direct sunlight. Also the trim ring was a little to big, and I originally thought I might come up with something custom, but at this point I dont plan on changing it. Another thing that is nice with this unit is that when is it down in the veiwing position, it is still above the view in my rear view mirrror. Actually most people don't notice that it is there, which was something else I was wanting, for security purposes. I did install everything myself, but I did it just like a discovery I had seen at the local dealership. I also added a few other things while I was at it. Anyway here is the pic of the overhead console.
