e-brake conversion?

Anyone ever convert their e-brake drum to a disc?

Why would you do that? What's the benefit?

my rovers' e-brakes are the best parking brakes I've ever had.
I've tested them in most places in SoCal and some - beyond.

there is a kit out there and a few have done it but at mentioned there really is no good reason the drum has a higher swept area then the size disc people are using and it allready there...why mess with it?
