EBC Brake Pad Difference?

So, this is a link for EBC 6000 green's. ones $63 the other is $93 - they are both supposed to be front brakes. . . anyone know why it's two different parts for the same car? The tele operator didn't!:banghead:

Are the EBC brakes quiet? Does anybody have any long term experience with these?

aha! the more expensives were yellowstuff's. I think I'll go from partstrain - they have front and rears for 149 shipped. . .

EBC makes 3 different models of pads that fit D2 front brakes, i have tried the "supreme" pads $93 ones and i couldnt tell a difference from the normal green stuff pads for $65...put the money saved towards stainless brake lines if you havent done so already.....buybrakes.com is a good website for info and pricing

I've got EBC Greenstuff (7000's front and 6000's back) pads on my D2. I like them, they seem to be quieter then the genuine pads. I just went to O'Reilly's web site, since the people at my local O'Reilly's had never heard of EBC, and matched the part #'s from EBC's catalog...
