EBC or DBA brakes

I'm looking at a winter project for my D1. This year its a brake upgrade. I'm considering either the EBC rotors and pads, or the DBA rotors. Anybody with any comments on which is better? Also, for you DBA users, what pads are you using (I'm most concerned with off road use)? How about cracks in the DBA's? I've heard that the cross-drilled rotors have this tendancy.

Thanks

I run EBC on everything, and have since they started making car pads in 2000. No problems, a squeak every once in a while, no dust. I've run EBC, Brembo, Raybestos, ATE and ElCheapo rotors over the years, the more expensive ones look cleaner inside the casting holes. I paint all of my rotors with black, clear or gray paint to keep rust off the hats. It seems that all the warpage issues I have ever had come from improper wheel torque. Most wheels are overtightened.
