Emissions Maint. Reminder

My 'Service engine' light just popped on @ 107k mi. I looked in the pass footwell per (Tech section), but dont see my Emission Maintenance reminder thing. Instead the Control fan timer relay is in the same spot. Any alternate places I might find the Emission Maint. reminder? Anyone reset theirs lately and found it in another spot? Also my idiot light is red, not amber as manual says. Checked RAVE, no help.T.I.A. - Rick 1995 3.9l

You might try looking under your passenger seat. I think I saw something there while looking @ a 95 for sale couple months back. Good Luck, LRW.

should be a little brown box under the pass. seat behind the preamp. atleast that's where mine was. and my light was red as well.

Found it under the Pass seat, never noticed it before. Reset. Still working on the Maintenance list though. Thx Discoweb!
