Eureka Equinox - comes in different sizes, full length fly, vestibule attachemnts, tub floor, easy set up.
I have an 10+ year old Equinox 2/3 that has held up in every condition including 12-14 inch heavy snowfall. It's been to Way-Upstate NY in the winter and to the South in the summer. Rain, sleet, whatever... it's a great tent. The ground tarp is a bit small, so i have a painters plastic drop cloth that I also put inside. The fly works great and can be easily guyed out. Alum shock cord poles with center 'spider'. Lots of ventilation for the summer, but also keeps moderately warm in the winter. It is not a backpacking tent however it has been strapped to a frame pack a few times. I have seam-sealed it a couple times, but still no real bad leaks. The rain fly waterproof treatment is starting to fade in some spots, but after 10+ years, I would still rely on it in most conditions.
Here are some pics of the Eqinox 6 to suit your criteria. Campmor sells them too.
