going in a buggy…custom front output flange will buy me another .25" and it's a pillow bearing set-up. I'll measure a stock set-up tomorrow and post the difference…

A stock D1 drivetrain from the front of the fan to the rear edge of the parking brake is 75.5". The drivetrain I'm building (LQ4-4l80e-LT230-Underdriive-X-Brake) is just about 74.2". I'm not using a viscous fan, but even if you add that to the length, it's about 76.5".

They have adapters for a TH400 and a 6l80e also, and there's a guy on 90source a making a 6l80e adapter also…

I paid just over 1500 buck, shipped (got here in 3 day's from Melbourne)
