Everyone With Toy Conversion

I am currently investigating the Toy conversion route for my drivetrain and was wondering about sterring issues. Since it will be an entire new 3rd member in the front, will the steering package from RTE still work? Or is their a better system that I need to look into?

Well, you shouldn't have any issues...the front 3rd that the Toy needs is a hi pinion, so it'll be even more cleared...I don't think you can run $G's 3 link as the drag link tube won't have central place to mate to the 3rd member (spacers?)...

In any case...straight answer would be no, you don't need to redo your steering...but call Keith at Rovertracks, he's much more fluent than anyone...eventhough I've done 3 conversions already...
