Excel question

Is there a keyboard hot key way to switch between worksheets in an excel file? I think Ctrl+Tab or Shift+Tab switches between open windows in other programs, so it seems that there would be a way to switch worksheets in excel.

use cntrl + page up/page down

that'll allow you to go in between work sheets
