But is Level 1 the best or is that a base and it goes up to say.....oh Level 5 of something. I mean Truxus does equate to a pretty high level of hardcoreness in my book. The kind where the blood rushes to my engorged penis and it swells up like Joe Kleckos neck.

No, its been built to the same levels as a stock first generation Ford Expedition. It'll pass anything but a gas station and get stuck in your yard.

Is it Level 1 because it has early DII headlights (not blinkers)? (I think?)

Definitely needs more lights on top of the bumper/A-frame, those two don't quite completely obscure the driver's view.
